Enology: Controlled drip irrigation, focussed on obtaining an adequate plant balance, in order to achieve correct grape ripeness, cluster selection, 3 day pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with two daily remontages, soft pomace maceration (7 days), devatting and wine drip selection through pneumatic presses, pressed grape selection and barrel storage for 8 months.

Deep, intense purple color, bright, with violet hints.
