Training system: vertical shoot positioning.
Soil: alluvial soil, at the foot of The Andes.
Picking (harvesting): Manual picking, with boxes of 17 kg.

In the vinification process of the Syrah we particularly avoid spoiling the clusters and berries. This implies a cold analcoholic maceration with whole berries, followed by a clean fermentation. Racking takes place early and pressing is carried out in a pneumatic press at low pressure. The resulting wine has a short-time oak ageing.

Impressive color with violet highlights. The nose of the Serrera Syrah is complex and fruity. It offers the best virtues of this variety.
